Habitat

Water is flowing fast. The creek is now very wide with deposits on the opposite sides like a beach. There is now an island in the centre of the stream. Just found a drain leading into the creek just upstream due to the sound of running water, it is coming under the road from the aged community. This may be why the water is flowing fast. Half an hour later the water release stopped.
