CO_MOE070 Moorabool River Catchment

Thursday 3rd March 2016 10:50am Approved
Notes
Water appearance is not consistent. A couple of meters downstream from the sample collection point there are large patches of green. On the upstream side of the bridge it is hard to see the water through the reeds but with the glimpses you get the water appears to have a slightly oily surface. At the collection point which is a large pool and in the collection bucket the water looks clear but when poured into the turbidity tube at the 15NTU mark it takes on a faint white cloudy appearance.
